For many hardcore football hobbyists, tomorrow is no mere Wednesday. It's National Treasures Football Release Day, a national collecting holiday of sorts when collectors across North America celebrate the return of one of the most storied high-end products in all of sports cards. After weeks of building anticipation (through galleries and a special sneak peek event in conjunction with the 2014 Industry Summit), 2013 National Treasures Football is officially now just hours away.

Earlier today, because we just couldn’t help ourselves, we grabbed two random boxes from the extremely limited Panini America marketing allotment and ripped them open to produce the following Teaser Gallery that takes you card by card through the unrivaled National Treasures experience.
Although each of the trademark sweet-smelling wooden boxes promised eight cards, we ended up with 20 total cards — including four base cards, seven memorabilia cards (including four numbered to 49 or less), five autographs numbered to 49 or less (including a triple-signed Pen Pals) and four autograph memorabilia cards (including one numbered to five and a must-see jaw-dropper numbered to only one).
You can experience the break for yourself in the gallery that follows. Enjoy, and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional coverage of 2013 National Treasures Football.
What’s going to happen with the two monster hits there? Drew Brees 1/1 and a Ryan Nassib tag /5
We’ll have to find a way to give those beauties away.
Should of sold them to buyers, I will take one
Okay. WOW. One box with a triple auto, one with TWO SSP`s? This product packs a punch.
It better for the price point
Beautiful cards! I get a phone call every day, “Is National Treasures in yet?”
anyway to let me know if Jeremy Kerley has anything even base in this?
One of one Brees. Wow!
ill take that gavin escobar and flacco card
i’m a brees collector…and i’ve seen TWO sick 1/1 patch autos of him pulled already…guess i won’t be pulling one. bummer!
Wow, that is a super looking Brees card! I wish that was mine! Tracy, excellent show!
Why sticker autos on your much antisapated top product?
As a WVU alum that Tavon, Geno, and Bailey pen pals auto is drool worthy and then some. Nice job on the set it appears. Sweet patches and autos, and very nice and classy base cards.
I just watched the vegas opening on you tube, I am hardcore(was) panini buyer have a case shipping out tomorrow for myself, but feels like I’m getting screwed. I see the value of cards per 1800 dollar case is roughly 600 bucks and you guys have now opened 3 boxes before anyone else, that’s bull.
Stickers on a product that expansive? that really weak panini…
Ouch I would be irate if I got that first box. $450 price tag on this stuff-there should be a little more value there than this. Even the 1/1 Brees Auto in a product like this has a sticker auto! And I was so excited for this stuff…
Big Bears fan here. I would take the Samuri Mike Materials card. No Questions Asked
Theres a 2013 nt on ebay mike singletary for 200 bucks
I would love to have the Triple Auto Pen Pals Tavon Geno Stedman. Sweet card For a WVU Fan !!
Looking for the Calvin Johnson Nick Names auto, hope i get lucky and hit it.
sticker auto,you gotta be kidding!
Couple of monsters in there, but that’s to be expected from the best product of the year. Very well done as always, thanks Tracy!
So elegant!
The Brees card is awesome, especially with the “Timeline” patch!
