In the last few days, we’ve been pleasantly inundated with heaping helpings of on-card autograph arrivals for highly anticipated products such as 2011-12 Limited Basketball and 2011-12 Gold Standard Basketball.
Most of the gems that have arrived so far for those two products have been signed by some of the greatest legends in NBA history; after all, many of today’s current stars are busy trying to get their teams to the NBA Finals.

In the coming weeks, we’re sure to have tons more sneak previews to profile right here on The Knight’s Lance. Today, however, is reserved for Limited. Tomorrow, perhaps, we’ll share some glimpses of the glorious Gold Standard.
Stay tuned.

  1. Those are really nice.I have noticed that John Stocton is signing now.How much more Autos of him do you guys have coming up?

    1. Yes, apparently now that he is paid to sign autographs he will. No excuse for him treating kids like crap when they ask for his autograph i know i tried for 6 years as a kid to get him to sign a card and he was one of the rudest players in the Nba!

      1. Thanks for sharing your experience, sorry to hear it wasn’t the best. For what it’s worth, our interactions with Mr. Stockton have been pleasant and professional — and we’re happy to have him in our products.

  2. These look really nice and super clean! And of course great they are on-card!
In the Gold Standard previews there wouldn’t by chance be an Ersan Ilyasova Signs of Gold Autograph that has arrived at Panini, would there???

  3. Amazing stuff. Love the photography of Glass Cleaners. How in the world did you guys get pics from that angle?

  4. Both the Past & Present and Limited have a retro feel to them; will Gold Standard continue this tradition? Or will they remain similar to last years feel?

  5. Limited looks great!!!! And i cant wait to see my favorite Basketball product ever, Gold Standard!!!!!! Props to the design team on the Limited too!!

  6. All these autos will be 10-20 dollars on ebay two weeks after the Limited series comes out. The same happened with Limited Baseball, unless there a promise of getting a autographed patch in each pack/box I may stay away from this one. Maybe gold standard will give me a better feel. Will gold standard, offer a big hit like last years Kobe Gold ticket? Just wondering whats the big bombs in these products? Honestly, I think Preferred is nicer then these cards, the triangles are sharp cards, and the silhouettes… well there the silhouettes 🙂 Gonna be ahrd to top them! But I will say the post from about a month ago witht the Kobe three color huge patch auto did make me drool. Maybe that was GS.

  7. Good looking card, but I am still waiting for my Scotie Pippen redemption card from Last Year Limited product and never got any follow up!! what is going on???
