The Panini America Quality Control Gallery: 2011 Limited Baseball (62 Must-See Images)

The Panini America Baseball team started its week off right Monday morning by overseeing the final stages of packout for 2011 Limited Baseball, a diversely appealing product that includes a potent mix of current stars, all-time greats and the game's most promising prospects -- as well as healthy doses of autographs and game-worn memorabilia from all three groups.

2011 Limited Baseball also features the inclusion of real pieces of 14kt gold, Panini America’s first baseball usage of the precious metal (check out the Adrian Gonzalez Rawlings Gold Glove card below). The following massive gallery should give anxious collectors some keen insight into what to expect when Limited releases next week.

What you won’t find below, however, are details of an unannounced surprise slated for the product that should be well received by collectors when they’re unveiled next week. Stay tuned for that. But in the meantime, feast on the revealing buffet of eye candy that follows.

      1. Hi Tracy,
Sports Cards Plus customers LOVE Prime Cuts. But then, we’ve had some GREAT CASES: Ted Williams Cut Auto Jumbo Jersey Book #d/5, Lou Gehrig Jersey Bat #d/4, Cal Ripken Auto “Iron Man” Nicknames #d/25,…etc. However, most people who dive into products like Prime Cuts have no idea who the minor league prospects are. They would rather get a Thurman Munson Jersey than a Dylan Bundy Auto RC.
I predict that in the near future, people will realize the limited production of these Prime Cuts Prospects and start investing in the 2011 Prime Cuts Prospects. It took a few months for collectors to realize the investment potential of 2010-11 Totally Certified Basketball Green Emerald Parallels.

        1. Thanks as always for checking in, Charlie. Always great to hear from you. Appreciate the feedback. Glad to hear you’ve had luck in your store with Prime Cuts and we certainly understand the “vintage” nature of many Prime Cuts enthusiasts.
          Thanks again.

  1. The patch cards are real nice…but the auto stickers HAVE TO GO! at the least can you change the stickers so they don’t stick out so obviously.

  2. Hack what’s the price point on this? Yeah mixed on P/C also however if the price is right I could see going for a box or 2 of this.
