Contrary to what some might think, the near future for hockey collecting is quite bright -- both figuratively and literally. The upcoming release of 2012-13 Certified Hockey, a bona fide shimmering sensation, will see to that. The longstanding hobby staple and Panini America's second NHL release of 2012-13 is making its way to hobby shops across North America as we speak.

It’ll be live everywhere one week from today (just in time to enchant show-goers at the 2012 Toronto Fall Expo), which means the Panini America NHL team spent the better part of the last two days at the company printing facility across town quality-controlling this rainbow-foilboarded beauty.
I could rave on and on about Certified’s stunning aesthetics or the nifty Goalie Pulls insert or the comprehensive autograph checklist or the sweet memorabilia cards, but I figured the following images could sum things up way better than I ever could.
And if a picture really is worth a thousand words, get ready for a 77,000-word opus exploring the bright brilliance of 2012-13 Certified Hockey.
I really like the path to the cup insert cards. That may be a set that I try to complete.
Sweet!
Agreed, nice design. Not many verticle 2 Player cards.
I am excited for Certified Hockey it is my favorite product, can’t wait to open a few boxes! Looks great! Here is few of the on card autos I got back using last year’s Certified Hockey. Most of the guys kept the extra card I sent them.

Toronto expo will have a feast on this beautiful certified.
Good luck!
Really like the goalie pulls especially the jersey variation…always like the Immortals …also like that you had included the rookie redeemers….good stuff!
I wasn’t planning on doing Certified this year, but dangit, those Path to the Cup and Goalie Pulls cards have convinced me to go for it. I’ll definitely have some money set aside for this one. Great job!
Holy crap, those look awesome. Love the cup dual swatch cards and the goalie pull cards. I can’t wait to buy a couple boxes of these.
I really like that Patrick Roy Immortals card
Great hockey cards once again. Looking forward to Certified!!
Just one word..stunning..and that doesnt even sum it all up.
Oh man those are sweet! Must buy a box.
Wow, those cards just look sick, especially the Penguins ones.
Just curious, but what’s going to be the SRP for a box? Need to set some money aside to be ready for the Toronto Expo Online part since I can’t get up to Toronto. 😉 hehehe. 🙂
SRP is $10 per pack and there are 10 packs per box.
These cards look fantastic, I love the goalie pulls! Any chance for auto versions? Look forward to ripping some at the Expo. Will Dominion qualify for the wrapper redemption?
Those Goalie Pulls are a sweet idea! Love that the FOTG cards have kept the same look as well.
Wow…really nice looking cards.
So the Certified Rookie Redemptions are for rookies who, if we get a season, play this year if I am correct?
Great looking gallery of icy marvels, this program is so epic it translates well to every sport. Thanks for the preview Tracy!
I’ve always enjoyed Certified and found myself buying a bunch of singles from the releases over the past two years but I could never bring myself to buy a box with the price and the amount of packs per box. After looking at this gallery I must say, this year I will have to buy a box. Something about the design of this year’s product is amazing. (Not to say I haven’t enjoyed the previous year’s releases). I love the path to the cup inserts as well as the base designs and masked marvels inserts. The Kreider is a must have for my collection. Great job!
Nice to see so many new rookie signatures, I look forward to picking some up.
I wish I could get my 11-12 Couturier and Read freshman auto SP redemptions before the new Certified is release… I wish…
