On Sunday we showcased just some of the many historic inclusions within Panini America's upcoming release of 2012 Americana Heroes & Legends. Today, we're back with a whole new batch of gems from a unique set that pays tribute to Olympians, war heroes, the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team, astronauts, presidents and American war heroes.
On Sunday we showcased just some of the many historic inclusions within Panini America’s upcoming release of 2012 Americana Heroes & Legends. Today, we’re back with a whole new batch of gems from a unique set that pays tribute to Olympians, war heroes, the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, astronauts, presidents and American war heroes.
Highlighting today’s gallery are autograph cards from the likes of women’s soccer legends Hope Solo and Alex Morgan, Medal of Honor recipient James L. Stone and astronauts Sally Ride and Fred Gregory.
On Tuesday we’ll offer an incredible examination of some of the sets most poignant pieces — trading-card tributes to the heroic Tuskegee Airmen and four unique memorabilia cards featuring cut autographs from Dwight D. Eisenhower as well the four metal stars from his military uniform.
Stay tuned.
Another excellent gallery, nice to see some sports represented that typically would not get much attention from the hobby. Thanks as always Tracy!
How exactly does BO fit into this. It’s like the song/game one of these things is not like the other ones
There are cards of all presidents as part of the base set.
So you’re saying he’s not a President?
I am liking this set more and more as each gallery is revealed. Good variety of subjects. Love the astronaut cards (I mentioned that last post). Thanks
Amazing gallery. Great layout and design and photography. These cards are gonna rock
Wow to have Sally Ride autos in there is just… wow awesome work guys!
Thanks, man. This is a really cool, really eclectic set.
When can we expect a checklist or box break for this?
Hopefully this week. As soon as we get boxes in, we’ll break them on video.
Still waiting…. 🙂
Dang it. My apologies. I asked for a checklist last week. Let me see if I can get my hands on a checklist.
Mr. Hackler, if a case is purchased, will the case have a guaranteed hit?
A guaranteed case hit?
