Over the course of the last week, Panini America Baseball brand developers have been busy putting this unique product through the Quality Control paces in advance of next week’s release. During that process, we were able to capture a wealth of images for the following gallery that allows collectors a quite comprehensive preliminary inspection.

Despite an unrivaled, generation-spanning checklist of superstars (relative newcomers such as Yasiel Puig and Bryce Harper, established stars such as Miguel Cabrera and David Ortiz, all-time legends such as Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio), America’s Pastime’s most striking features can be found in the spectacular array of booklet cards, the wealth of autograph and memorabilia content, and a diverse breadth of designs.

Take a look for yourself in the massive gallery that follows and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage of 2013 America’s Pastime Baseball.

  1. Wow very nice product. You have some former stars in this product that will make it worth buying it. Very nice job again. You keep on bringing the boom every new product. #paninirules

  2. Wow, so many different styles and looks on these cards. The look is amazing. My only thought would have been really cool with the decades cards if the card numbering had been under the decade of the player. This product looks truly A+ though.

  3. Very cool. Can we see some more booklet cards? Curious to see what the normal hobby box would get (on average).

  4. The inconsistency of the serial-numbering is noticeable with those blank/empty rectangles. Regardless, some nice looking cards. What’s the MSRP? Or did I miss that while staring at the pics?

    1. I noticed the same thing. It looks nice when it is in the box, like on the Rookies, but having the “empty” box looks odd on the regular cards. Was that an intentional design feature or a result of something on the printing side, like you couldn’t get the higher serial numbering to fit, so you had to move it outside the box?

  5. Most excellent! Love the booklets! I hope MLB takes note of what Panini is doing for baseball cards!

  6. I always like the look of NT and Prime cuts… This looks fun also..

But the price point is always way to high..

After seeing the first few breaks.. this product will be 100 dollars a box in a month
