Of the many longstanding NFL brands in the Panini America product portfolio, precious few of them are as storied, as anticipated and as annually widely consumed as Certified. In one form or another, Certified has been a colorfully captivating staple of the NFL card-collecting landscape every year since 1995.

The brand’s calling-card cards today, now as always, remain those vibrant Mirror Reds, Mirror Blues, Mirror Golds and Mirror Emeralds, the unparalleled parallels that have mesmerized player and team collectors for years. Well, we’re proud to report that they’ll be back and better than ever when 2013 Certified Football hits hobby shops next Wednesday.

Also back are the vaunted Freshman Fabric autographed RCs, a generations-spanning array of Immortals inclusions and so many cards that, at just the right angle, appear downright radiant. You’ll see exactly what we mean in the following Quality Control Gallery, which includes many of the highlights from the 2013 Certified Football packout process that took place earlier this week.

Enjoy this extended sneak peek at the newest installment of this venerable collecting favorite.

  1. There is very little to dislike with 2013 Certified. My only caveat is the one auto, with the possibility of 3 more autos or jersey cards.

  2. theres 3 products I always look forward to, NT, Absolute and this and it yet again fails to disapoint, I love the immortals set, the rainbow/holofoil printing and the
jumbo freshman fabric…great looking guys. Thanks

  3. I love the design of the regular and jumbo Freshman Fabric issues, the FOTG cards are beautiful and recognizing guys who are now under-represented in the hobby but were elite athletes in their day, such as Lance Alworth, Jay Novacek and Fast Freddy Taylor is brilliant and sure to be cherished by Player Collectors. I recognize the need for so many 1/C jersey swatch mem’ cards… but I don’t have to like it. I’m hoping that the average break yields no more than 1 or 2 per box. Regardless of the card design and “shine-factor,” this isnt Prestige and collectors sigh with disappointment when 1/C jersey cards come from products priced as Certified is.
That being said, there’s a really nice array of parallels and auto mem’… the Geno Smith 2/C FF Auto patch is beautiful!
