2016 Select Football is steeped in the rainbow chase that permeates most any Optichrome-enhanced product, but it also delivers a rich checklist of autograph and memorabilia content featuring the hottest rookies, biggest current stars and all-time greats. This year’s iteration includes a 300-card base set featuring three unique subsets (Concourse, Premier and Field Level) printed in varying degrees of scarcity and each with a unique set of colored parallels to chase.

On average, each box (five cards per pack, 12 packs per box) will deliver two autographs, one memorabilia card, 14 Prizm parallels (including at least three numbered to 149 or less) and one 2017 NFL Draft XRC card. The extensive gallery that follows showcases a little bit of everything 2016 Select Football has to offer. Enjoy the preview and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage.

  1. Looks really nice, similar to prizm! The only good thing about it is that dak prescott and zeke signed their select cards. What is quality control doing about the prizm redemptions on dak and zeke???

  2. Wish there weren’t so many all-time greats in all of these sets. It’s the same old pics and same old players every year. Taking up a lot of real estate in the base sets when a bunch of current players could get cards that don’t get any.

  3. Select is my number two card, after Prizm, every year. I noticed two Marcus Allen auto jersey cards, with the Chiefs jersey in one & a Raiders jersey in the other. I wonder how many people will be chasing that.
