In an effort to keep everyone up to date on the exciting cross-country gold-dig for Golden Tickets from 2010 Playoff Contenders Football, we’ve created the following list of all known Golden Tickets that have been pulled to date, including sales information when possible. We’ll update this list periodically as more Golden Tickets surface.
It’s no secret by now that the pioneering Golden Ticket redemption treasures buried randomly inside packs of 2010 Playoff Contenders Football have created a frenzied collecting buzz across America since they first hit the market more three weeks ago.
Every card pulled is nothing short of an industry-wide event, complete with the staggering auction prices to prove it. The Golden Tickets for Dez Bryant and Aaron Rodgers sold for more than $2,200, respectively, while cards of Peyton Manning, Roger Staubach and Emmitt Smith have each eclipsed the $1,500 barrier.

We profiled the two lucky collectors who pulled the Sam Bradford and John Elway Golden Tickets last weekend. Today we add a few more precious-metal monuments to the list, including Reggie Wayne and Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookies Gerald McCoy and Mike Williams.

Seems like they were almost all shipped to Texas and east of Texas. Only 3 to 4 in the Western States? Not very good distribution.
I got a Golden Ticket in SD buts it from DACardworld on the east coast.
Thanks for the update, I was wondering when the Mike Williams would come out!
On a side note, is your Customer Service department working this week? I’ve left messages, sent emails and even a Facebook post regarding what I consider to be a pretty big error in a high profile National Treasures card I pulled with no replies…?
Yes, sir. They are working. Can you tell me what the error was/is? Thanks.
I pulled the Ernie Davis Souvenir Cuts Materials 1/1 (YES!) and there is an error in the COA regarding the jersey swatch. It says the swatch was worn by Davis in an official NFL game, but all other Davis swatches have been from the college All-Star jersey.
Tracy…Can you please explain to me how a random distribtion results in over 50% of these golden tickets being found on th east coast and next to your own facility in Texas. Statistically this is extremely improbable. Any thoughts?
Well, I can’t really explain every intricacy of the process because I don’t know all the details. I will get more information in that regard in the coming days and share with you what I can. I do know that Contenders was distributed the same as all of our products are. But I would venture to say that the majority of all trading cards in this country are broken on the eastern half of the U.S.
It’s not improbable; the east coast is the most densely populated area of the US. More people live. The Dallas area is the 4th largest population center in the US, and football is huge in Texas so the spike there makes sense. An even geographical distribution would be suspect.
Tracy, the Tim Tebow rookie ticket #’s dont add up right. They say 400 of each.
When you add them up. The one with 07 Heisman & 25th Pick make it 402 cards.
Also the 07 Heisman is on the white jersey variation card not the blue jersey card.
Can you confirm this?
Clint, trying to get confirmation from Product Development now. I hope to have something tomorrow.
Is your cutomer service working this week? I submitted a ticket on your website stating that the redemption page on your website is not working correctly. Is this something you are aware of and working to correct? It’s kind of frustrating to have a golden ticket redemption card without being able to redeem it on line.
Yes, customer service is back up and operational. The website redemption system is up, too. The gentleman with the Emmitt Smith Golden Ticket successfully entered his code earlier this afternoon. By the way, which Golden Ticket do you have? Let me know if the system doesn’t work for you.
Thank you for the response. I have the Chris Johnson golden ticket redemption card. The system is still not working on the several computers I’ve tried to open it on. All the links work except the redemption “2008 & newer” link. Please advise. Thank you.
I’ve been trying to redeem the Dez Bryant golden ticket today and the servers are not responding… The Panini America website seems to be down altogether…
I pulled the Ryan Mathews card today (in PA) but the irony of the pull is that the boxes came from SAN DIEGO! definitely the most incredible card i’ve ever pulled but of course the panini website is not working again so i have to wait to REDEEM IT!!!! So excited!
pulled the Brett Farve (#46) last week… I’m in Maryland, but purchased the box from blowoutcards.com.

On March 9th I redeemed the Golden Ticket I pulled. When can I expect it to be shipped?
I will overnight your Golden Ticket to you on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
Was my card shipped on Wednesday?
It’s going out today to arrive Monday.
Or not
Which one did you pull?
I was quick to tell you when I didn’t receive it so I figured better let you know when I did.
Tracy has the 2010 Playoff Contenders Golden Ticket tracker been updated anywhere?
For football it hasn’t been updated in a while because there hasn’t been much activity. The last time I checked, there just four remaining.
