Video & Gallery: On the Production Line with Dominion, Totally Certified & More

I can't recall a busier time at Panini America in the last eight months than right now. Products are being produced and released at a breakneck pace this time of year -- so much so that swiping my access key to enter the building every morning is enough to give me butterflies.

I can’t recall a busier time at Panini America in the last eight months than right now. Products are being produced and released at a breakneck pace this time of year — so much so that swiping my access key to enter the building every morning is enough to give me butterflies.

Not to get all Gumpian on you, but every day is indeed like a box of chocolates: You never know what you’re going to get.

In the last few weeks alone I’ve had the opportunity to witness the likes 2010-11 Totally Certified Basketball, 2010-11 National Treasures Basketball, 2010-11 Dominion Hockey2011 Score Hockey and even the Official Michael Jackson Trading Card Set rolling off the line and commanding sizable chunks of real estate at our production facility.

It’s been absolutely riveting. After checking out the considerably sweet eye candy and video that follow, here’s hoping you agree.

From the shimmering splendor of Totally Certified to the hand-packed goodness of the 2010-11 Score Rookie & Traded Hockey box sets to the decadence of Dominion to the captivating-yet-uncut National Treasures, you’re bound to find something to drool over in the multimedia marvels that follow.

Now, let’s get to the gallery . . .

  2. I noticed there isn’t any 10-11 Gold Standard in here… is Gold Standard doing ok? Im doing a group break of it and spots have already sold, so Im really hoping it doesn’t get pushed back any further.

  3. You guys have officially melted my face off (hockey pun maybe intended?) with the Price/Gorges Tag Team Combos. I will have to see to it that it becomes mine. Thank you for making this card!

  4. Man! The design team is on fire! They all look awesome! Love the “Goalie Style” visible on the Luongo tag.

Where the MJ cards moving faster through the machine than the sports cards or was that my imagination?

Still can’t wait for the ABA cards. Noticed the Basketball Hall of Fame logo on some of the National Treasures card. Does that mean that the HOF release has been folded into NT or will there still be a separate Basketball Hall of Fame set this year?

  5. not trying to be negitive, but the Tag Team Spezza/Neil dual has an error, the card features prime jersey swatches when the card states pieces of “prime tag”….whichever way it should be is hopefully corrected before release.
