First thing Thursday morning, Keller made the 20-mile trek to Panini America corporate headquarters to become the first collector in the world to take possession of his solid-gold gem featuring New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.
In this exclusive video, watch as the first Golden Ticket is removed from the Panini America vault and delivered to Keller, who called the pull easily the greatest of his 25-year collecting career.
I think if I hit one I would hold on to it for a little. But selling right now durning the hype might bring a higher price tag, as in the Rodgers on ebay now (also doesnt hurt that he won the Super Bowl and SB MVP). Tracy will Panini have a master list with all the tickets that are hit?
Working on that now.
Congrats to Keller and another awesome step for Panini. You guys keep on keepin’ on.
Why didn’t they try to do a on card auto? Would it be to hard to write on it? It would be so awesome if it was solid gold with a auto. Congratulations on your monster pull.
I would think that it would “dent” or tear the card.
