BACKPanini America Provides a Detailed First Look at the Upcoming 2020 Elite Extra Edition Baseball
Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon to a hobby shop or online retailer near you. Today, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, this time featuring the excellently designed, Draft Pick- and prospect-powered Elite Extra Edition Baseball.
In the product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images from 2020 Elite Extra Edition Baseball as well as the product’s hobby and retail PIS documents.
Estimated Release Date: December 16, 2020
Product Configuration: Five cards per pack, five packs per box, 20 boxes per case.
BOX BREAK: Eight autographs, two memorabilia cards and two Optichrome cards per hobby box, on average.
- 2020 Elite Extra Edition Baseball will showcase this year’s top draft picks and prospects who represent baseball’s next wave of superstars.
- Base cards will be numbered to 999 or less, including 15 different parallels.
- Look for Panini America-exclusive Dominican Prospect League (DPL) players in the DPL Base and DPL Signatures sets.
- Hunt for the College Ticket and Base Optichrome sets which will feature this year’s top draft picks on Optichrome cards.
- Find eight autographs per hobby box, on average.
