Blake Griffin is a best-of-both-worlds kind of guy -- dominating and dynamic on the court, delightful and devilishly funny off it. You're obviously keenly aware of Griffin's on-court characteristics. Next week, you'll have the rare opportunity to soak in his off-court persona, too.

Through a unique partnership between Panini Authentic and South Bay Sports Cards in Lomita, Calif., Griffin, one of Panini America’s exclusive superstar athletes, will make a rare public signing appearance next Thursday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (PST).
Panini Authentic representatives will be on hand to authenticate every autograph and South Bay will be running special all-day deals on select Panini Authentic autographed merchandise as well as Panini America trading cards. Although fans can bring their own items for Griffin to sign (trading cards and game-worn equipment are not allowed), South Bay is selling basketballs and red Griffin jerseys.
Autograph tickets are limited and fans are encouraged to pre-purchase them now through the South Bay website. To that end, anyone who purchases a Griffin autograph ticket by the end of day Tuesday will qualify to win one of five boxes of 2012-13 Threads Basketball before it releases in late October.
For more information on next week’s signing, visit the South Bay website. You can also call the store (310-530-5818).
