For customers with unfulfilled football redemptions prior to 2021 that have been deemed to value less than $50 may receive a Customer Service Exclusive 2022-23 NFL Prizm Sparkle pack as a replacement.
The Customer Service Exclusive 2022-23 NFL Prizm Sparkle 3-card pack contains two (2) limited edition non-numbered Red Sparkle parallels and one (1) numbered parallel, which can be from one of the following tiers:
- Blue Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 96
- Gold Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 24
- Green Sparkle parallel – Numbered to 8
