Just in time to kickoff the holiday shopping season, Panini America’s 2013 Totally Certified Football arrives in hobby shops on Wednesday equipped with the tantalizing doses of microetching, memorabilia, autographs and Totally colored parallels that have made the product a perennial favorite in recent years.
