BACKPanini America Provides a Detailed First Look at the Upcoming 2019-20 Chronicles Soccer
Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, this time featuring the multi-league magnificence of 2019-20 Chronicles Soccer.
In the extensive product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the product’s various PIS documents for hobby and retail SKUs. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.
Release Date: May 13, 2020
Product Configuration: 15 cards per pack, three packs per box, 12 boxes per case.
BOX BREAK: Three autograph or memorabilia cards and 21 inserts or parallels per hobby box, on average.
- Chronicles comes to the soccer hobby for the first time for the 2019-20 season bringing together more than 10 different Panini brands and three leagues (Premier League, Serie A, La Liga) all in one place.
- Look for 11 different types of insert cards in Chronicles Soccer that showcase some stalwart Panini brands such as Prizm, Elite, Illusions, XR, Absolute and Contenders. There will also be numbered parallel versions of most inserts to chase.
- Collectors will find not only familiar designs such as Silhouettes, Absolute Tools of the Trade and Contenders Rookie Tickets; but also fresh new designs for cards such as Rise and Shine, Fuego and Titan.
- There’s plenty for autograph hounds in Chronicles Soccer, from special autograph parallels of the base set to four varieties of autograph memorabilia cards. All autograph cards are available exclusively in the hobby version.
- Chronicles Soccer also offers its share of authentic memorabilia cards. Look for single-player memorabilia cards including Elite Throwback Threads and Fabric of the Game, as well as two-player, two-swatch cards in Double Coverage.
- Each hobby box of 2019-20 Chronicles Soccer includes three mini boxes each mini box is not labeled but one will feature Premier League, one will feature Serie A and one will feature La Liga. Those three mini boxes will comprise one hobby box.
