Panini Peek: Panini America Previews the Many Compelling Versions of 2019-20 Donruss Optic Basketball

Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you and, over the course of the next few days, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, continuing with the many vibrant versions of 2019-20 Donruss Optic Basketball, the Prizm-powered brethren of the flagship 2019-20 Donruss Basketball release.

In the extensive product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images as well as the product’s PIS documents for hobby, retail and international versions. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.

Release Date: January 29, 2020
Product Configuration: Four cards per pack, 20 packs per box, 12 boxes per case.
BREAK: One autograph and 20 inserts or parallels per hobby box, on average.

  • On-card rookie autographs from Zion Williamson, Ja Morant, RJ Barrett, Rui Hachimura and more in Rated Rookie Signatures. 
  • Collect a wide array of stunning Prizm parallels including Pink Velocity (numbered to 79), Black Velocity (numbered to 39) and Gold Vinyl 1/1.
  • Find the top rookies from the 2019 NBA Draft in the popular Rated Rookie set.
