Video: Top Baseball Prospect Byron Buxton Talks Cards, Pressure and Chipper Jones
Minnesota Twins young superstar Byron Buxton, the top prospect in all of baseball, stopped by the Panini Spring Training Road Trip on Wednesday in Ft. Myers, Fla., to sign his soon-to-be-skyrocketing 2014 Prizm Baseball cards. When the soft-spoken, profusely talented outfielder was done signing, he stuck around to open a few packs of 2014 Donruss Baseball and answer a few questions.
In the video that follows, find out what Buxton had to say about the pressures that accompany top-prospect status, growing up watching Chipper Jones and the Atlanta Braves, and the idea of squaring off against an ace like the Dodgers’ Clayton Kershaw.
