Panini Peek: A Detailed First Look at the Upcoming 2020 Elite Football

Panini America officials recently sent out preliminary Product Information Solicitations for several exciting new products coming soon enough to a hobby shop or online retailer near you. Today, we’re sharing that same information with you here on The Knight’s Lance, this time featuring the perennially popular, preseason powerhouse known as Elite Football.

In the extensive product preview that follows, we’ll showcase a must-see bevy of preliminary images from 2020 Elite Football as well as the product’s PIS documents for both hobby and retail versions. Enjoy the sneak peek and stay tuned for additional details.

Release Date: July 29, 2020
Product Configuration: Five cards per pack, 20 packs per box, 12 boxes per case.
BOX BREAK: Two autographs (including one Pen Pals), one memorabilia, three Rookie Cards, six parallels and eight inserts.

  • One of the season’s most exciting brands comes packed with new inserts, new designs and all the top rookies from the highly touted 2020 NFL Draft. 
  • Chase all of the new NFL Rookie Cards featuring the newest NFL stars in their collegiate uniforms.
  • The always anticipated Pen Pals and Pen Pals Dual return featuring on-card autographs of the top rookies and boasting Black, Blue, Green, Red and the new Purple Ink variations. One per box, on average. 
  • Collect the entire 100-card 2000 Elite set, a throwback to Tom Brady’s rookie year. With 50 rookies and 50 veterans/retired players, this throwback design will feature Aspirations and Status parallels numbered to 99 or less. 
  • Chase one of the most collectible rookie autograph sets of the year in Turn of the Century Autographs numbered to 199 or less.
